Lamb Kebabs

Braai food, delicious and free from all common allergens

40 Minutes serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 courgette
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 350g lamb cubes
  • 4 kebab sticks

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  2. Wash the vegetables and chop them into chunks.
  3. Add to a bowl, season with herbs, salt and pepper and pour over the oil.
  4. Place each ingredient one at a time on the kebab sticks, alternating with lamb cubes.
  5. Place kebabs on a baking tray then cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes, turning regularly.
